Dr. Morgenstern taught as an international faculty in an international hands-on workshop for anterior lumbar interbody fusion (ALIF) in geneva, Switzerland. Senior and experienced surgeons came from all over the world (USA, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, United Kingdom, etc.) to join this workshop and learn the ALIF technique from expert spine surgeons like Dr. Morgenstern. The anterior approach to the spine allows placing interbody spacer into the disk with a small skin incision on the patient’s belly.
